BONAIRE is closed to yachts. A 14 day quarantine might be granted.

GRENADA has checking in and out ONLY at Tyrell Bay and Port Louis Marina.
ANTIGUA only has check in and health screening at Heritage Quay in St John's, if they are expecting you. Contacting a yacht agent before heading to Antigua may not be necessary right now, but may be a good idea. IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER BY FRIDAY, MARCH, 20, you will not be allowed in, regardless of where you are coming from. Apparently you can still check out at Jolly Harbour and English Harbour, but clearances will NOT be given to French islands.
French islands are in lockdown mode. Checking in or out is problematic as the Clearance computers are affected by the lockdown. Snack Bou Bou in Ste Anne, Martinique, has been open for access to the computer.
SABA and STATIA are in lockdown.
PUERTO RICO is in lockdown. Ports are open, but some marinas may be closed.

USVI's, SVG , ST KITTS, and DOMINICA no restrictions. Yet.
TransAtlantic crossings are risky. At this time Grenada may be the best bet.
Remember, anyone who has been to Europe, the US, China or Iran or any other hotbeds recently will be denied entrance pretty much anywhere.
Other countries may have restrictions as to where and when you can check in... make sure you check before you go. Please add them in the comments, with verification (we need facts, not conjecture) if you have additions.

Here's two thoughts... Stay put. Who knows when your new destination will decide to close their borders on short notice?
If you just HAVE to go, consider a self quarantine when you arrive. This is serious stuff, and the islands have limited resources to deal with it. Inadvertently introducing, or adding to the problem, isn't what anyone wants to do.
